PROJECT TYPE

Design an agreement that is easy to understand for influencers and the brand, facilitates and speeds up negotiation, and is consistent with brand image and values. Today, brands partner with influencers not only to enhance their voice on social media but also to co-create products. But influencers are digital natives for whom the “hell couple” emails and word documents are simply pre-historic. They don’t open, let alone read, either of them. ​

THE BRIEF

A prototype for a dedicated webpage hosting the influencer agreement – the natural way of doing business for influencers, thus strengthening the brand’s attractivity on social media. The webpage is interactive, highlights key contractual information engagingly and fully reflects the brand’s culture. The full, plain language agreement is always available for review on each page, as well as before signing. The tool relies on existing IT solutions.

THE OUTCOME

The influencer agreement could also live on an App, and a different version could be used backstage during fashion shows.
