Startup Refugees is an award-winning non-profit that empowers refugees, asylum seekers, and other migrants with employment, skills development, and entrepreneurship. The organization proudly supports over 2000 members. We lend our expertise to Startup Refugees in legal matters and tech advancements, with our partner Antti Innanen serving as a committed Member of the Board.
THE BRIEF
As the Pro Bono partner of Startup Refugees, our mission aligns with theirs: to expedite the integration of refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants through jobs, entrepreneurship, and skills training.
THE GOAL
Dot. has been proactive in providing legal support and has held several workshops on entrepreneurship and how to start a business in Finland. Together with our allies from LEGIT, Dot. has facilitated workshops on artificial intelligence as well. This is Aicha Manai, CEO of Startup Refugees, reflecting on our AI workshops:
